Multi-viewport & MPR
Grid layouts, sync controls, and 3D reconstruction.
Grid layouts
Pick 1×1, 1×2, 2×1, or 2×2 from the TopBar. Each tile is independently navigable unless sync is on.
Sync controls
- Sync Scroll — wheel events propagate to all tiles.
- Sync W/L — contrast adjustments propagate.
3D MPR
Toggle 3D MPR to reconstruct axial/sagittal/coronal planes from a volumetric series. Crosshairs link the same anatomical point across all tiles.
To keep the three narrow tiles legible, the corner metadata is decluttered in MPR: the axial panel shows a single-line summary (patient name, series/modality), the sagittal and coronal panels drop it entirely, and the series switcher is hidden. Because 2D structure overlays are tied to the original slice sequence, they don’t map to the reconstructed planes — the Overlays toggle is disabled in MPR. To inspect RTSTRUCT/SEG structures in 3D, use the centre-panel 3D structure view (point cloud, wireframe, or surface) instead.
Caution Requires consistent slice spacing within the series.
