Submit bug reports, feature requests, and secure diagnostics directly to the development team.

The feedback modal provides a direct line to the dcmage engineering team. You can submit:

• Bug Reports: Unexpected behavior, crashes, or rendering artifacts.
• Feature Requests: Workflow improvements or new tool ideas.

[!WARNING] Do not include any Protected Health Information (PHI) in your description or attachments.

Diagnostics

If you opt-in to include diagnostics, the app securely attaches:

• Anonymized recent audit log events
• Hardware concurrency and memory limits
• Active viewport state (resolution, tools)

This data dramatically accelerates bug reproduction.
