SR template authoring modal

Create a new Structured Report from the RECIST 1.1 template or a custom JSON template.

Open it with + New from template in the SR tab or Author Structured Report… in the command palette.

The one built-in template is RECIST 1.1 Tumor Response. Load template… reads a custom template from a JSON file, and Save template… downloads the selected template as {id}-template.json. Required fields are marked with an asterisk, and Create Report stays disabled until every value passes validation.

Create Report writes a new Comprehensive SR object (SOP class 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.88.33). It takes the patient and study attributes, including the Study Instance UID, from the active instance. The file is saved as {id}-SR.dcm (for example recist-1-1-SR.dcm): the Mac app opens a save dialog and the browser downloads it. The new report is not added to the open study.
