Waveform (ECG) tab

Decode and plot ECG waveform channels, and measure them with calipers.

Shown when the active file’s modality is ECG. The tab decodes the Waveform Sequence (5400,0100): it separates the interleaved samples into channels, applies the sample interpretation and each channel’s sensitivity, and plots every channel as a trace with its label and units. Each multiplex group shows its channel count, sampling frequency, duration and sample count.

Drag across a trace to measure it. The caliper shows the interval in milliseconds, the rate in beats per minute for intervals over 0.05 s, and the amplitude change in the channel’s units. Click ✕ to clear it.

Caution View and measure only. Channel Baseline and the sensitivity correction factor are not applied, there is no ECG paper grid, and waveform annotations or labels cannot be added or edited.
