Status Bar — Transfer Syntax

DICOM Transfer Syntax UID of the active instance, resolved to a human label.

The TS (Transfer Syntax) cell displays the encoding scheme used by the active DICOM instance, resolved from tag (0002,0010). Common values include Implicit VR Little Endian, Explicit VR Little Endian, and JPEG Lossless. The transfer syntax determines how pixel data and metadata are serialised on disk.
