Print diagnostic frame

Print the active frame as a report, as displayed or at full resolution.

Composes a printable report from the active viewport: the diagnostic frame plus the study and acquisition metadata. In anonymize mode, patient identifiers are suppressed from the report header and pixel redactions are present in the printed frame.

Two resolutions are offered, and they lose different things:

• As displayed prints exactly what is on screen — overlays, annotations, and your current pan and zoom included. The output resolution follows the viewport, so a smaller window prints a coarser image.
• Full resolution prints the whole frame at its acquisition pixel grid, at your current window/level, independent of window size. It is composed from the image alone: segmentation, RTSTRUCT, and annotation overlays are not included, and pan/zoom is ignored.

Full resolution is unavailable for reformatted (MPR/3D) and whole-slide views, which have no single native pixel grid.

Tip Printing started from the browser (Cmd/Ctrl+P, or File → Print) reaches this same chooser. A print the browser starts on its own — print-to-PDF from a menu, for example — uses as displayed, since that is the one that never omits anything you could see.
