Status Bar — Dimensions

Pixel dimensions of the active DICOM image (columns × rows).

The DIM cell shows the image matrix size from tags Columns (0028,0011) and Rows (0028,0010). For example, 512×512 indicates a standard CT slice. Pixel spacing (the physical size of each pixel in mm) is available in the tag tree under the Image Plane module.
