Export menu

Write changes to disk, export images and volumes, share, and print.

A dropdown covering everything that leaves the app.

Export DICOM Changes…

Opens the diff modal. Each pending change (added, edited, deleted tag, redacted region) is listed against its original. Confirming writes a new DICOM file — the source file is never overwritten.

Caution Disabled until at least one change is pending. The dirty counter on the right of the TopBar shows the count.

The rest of the menu

• Export with Integrity Manifest… — the .dcm plus an ECDSA-signed, tamper-evident .dcm.sig sidecar, and Verify Integrity Manifest… to check such a pair.
• Export Active Frame Image… (or Export MPR Slice… in MPR mode) — the current frame as PNG, JPEG, or TIFF.
• Share Active Image… — the current frame to the macOS share sheet. Desktop only; see Share active image.
• Print… — the active frame as a report, at your choice of resolution; see Print diagnostic frame.
• Export Series to NIfTI-1 — the sorted series compiled to a compressed 3D volume.
