Study → Series → Instance tree for multi-file studies.

Lists every loaded instance grouped into its Study, Series, and Instance hierarchy. Click a series or instance to make it active in the viewport and metadata tree.

Cleanup actions

• Dedupe — drops repeated instances (same SOP UID or series slot).
• Purge scouts — removes localizer/scout/topogram series.
• ✕ — delete an individual series or instance from the working set.

  Tip Cleanup affects only the in-memory working set; original files on disk are untouched.
