Redaction regions

Rectangle overlays that mask burned-in PHI in pixel data.

While the Anonymize screen is open, the pixels inside each region are set to zero in the displayed image as a preview. Only Apply & Export writes the change to a file: the exported copy has the stored pixel values inside each region set to zero. The fill value is always zero and cannot be changed. A stored value of zero is not always black: how it displays depends on the image’s rescale and window settings.
